I’ve been with this insurance brokerage for almost six years now, covering just about every type of policy you can think of—home, condo, boat, flood addendums, car, renters, and an umbrella policy. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not under any circumstances get insurance from Brian Chambers!!!!!!! I was quoted one price by an agent and signed the contract. then a month later when my second payment was due the price went up $80. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office who could help me and when Brian Chambers finally called me he was useless, said there was nothing he could do and I could cancel my policy if I wanted. He said sometimes the computer messes up and State Farm’s technology is dated. Such a huge waste of my time. I asked them to honor my original price for just 6 months and they wouldn’t. HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!
