Working with Liya Adams was a reminder that there are people out there that really do take customer service to the highest level. We worked with Liya on our business insurance needs.
We had been with a larger insurance company, with zero customer service, which included huge wait times anytime we tried to call.
Not to mention, you never get to speak to the same person when you call in for questions.
