Jill was friendly enough on the phone, but Allstate made an unsolicited call to me when traveling. I made the mistake of saying that I could not talk at that moment. Allstate took that as a cue to consider me fair game for an all-out assault with three calls within two days. I don't appreciate the aggressive marketing.

- JTjulie tenderholtAug 27, 20205.0I haven't met with anyone in person because of Covid but all the help and answers to questions I get when I call or email have been answered and they were cheaper, for the same coverage, than our previous insurance even though we had been with them almost 10 yrs and we never got the extras like drivewise which we get with Allstate so we are very happy!
