The response was great: they got right on my claim and did so with friendliness and efficiency. Thanks to Desirae for this! Then this year, Brandon Dudder helped me navigate a problem with my homeowners insurance with friendly patience and useful advice. Thanks to him, all is now well! I can't recommend this office highly enough: although they are on the other side of that State, they seem like they are right next door. When I call they know who I am and return my calls promptly. I am 65 and have worked with many insurance companies over the years. THIS Allstate office is by far the best I have ever worked with! If something goes wrong, it so reassuring that they are committed to helping me work things out. After all, that's what insurance is for! Highly recommended!
