- DMDomingo Mayor4 days ago5.0Couple years back, I switched to State Farm because of changes to my policy coverages in my auto, home and rental properties that somehow lessened coverages which added a bit of costs to them. While researching for alternatives, I was fortunate to have had my policy comparisons with Shelby Weller the Account Manager associated in Darianne Okada's office in Mukilteo. She made a complicated and confusing subject matter easy to understand and less mysterious in my level of understanding. Yet she made it pleasant by the patience that she makes evident even today. Still now, I haven't had an unanswered question and unaddressed requests. I haven't had a call that hasn't been answered or returned. My perception is Darriane Okada's office team is watching out for me. That to me is world class.
