I've been with your company almost a decade always paid on timely auto payments I have 2 vehicles and 2 homes insured through you and only recently filed a claim for the first time and my family was treated terrible from the get go too many mistakes from too many different agents from Spokane to Moses lake no one was competent enough to show respect knowledge and compassion even the claims adjuster added insult to injury frankly I'm shell shocked from this awful situation I have no reason to continue my business with Allstate I shall be looking for a different company to give my future business too
