  Katie was not only amazing, but she was kind, compassionate, understanding, quick and patient. I had a ton of questions, some of them repeated, but she truly helped me to understand my policies and clarified each concern I had. You can’t go wrong with Katie.

  I wanted to give a special thank you to Justin Lawrence. During the summer our bathroom was needing renovations and we were not getting any responses for us to move into an Airbnb while the house was being renovated. We were lost as to who to communicate but after getting into contact with Justin we were able to get help. I could tell by the way he spoke to me and my family that he is as very compassionate and passionate to his work as they write on their website. Justin promptly got us answers and made swift changes so we could get our issue resolved. He is 100% someone I wish everyone would be when handling insurance companies. I cannot say enough good things about him!!!

  I didn’t want to even give them one start but it made me. We have had the worst experience with all state! Rental car wasn’t set up like they stated when my car was in the shop I had to pay out of pocket then to get reimbursed. Having no contact with our new agent we can never even speak to her. Our old agent was the best maybe he realized he was working for the wrong company…. We have since canceled all state which is the best thing we have ever done and still getting emails from them regarding an old accident that is closed asking for additional info…. If you want a messy company go with all state!
