  Today I shopped multiple insurance companies because adding a teen driver is insane! I spoke with many people and they were all robots with very little life in them. I contacted Allstate and was assisted by Midoli Cram for WA State expecing yet another no energy salesman. Not only did she help find me the best deal... she gave her honest opinions to my responses and it was a blast talking to her. She respectfully gave her input and was such a character! She was to the point and had one heck of a sense of humor! It was easy, fun, and the best deal for my situation. If I could give this lady 10 stars I would, no joke! Well done ma'am.

  I have received the most positive, kind, respectful and professional service that I have ever received from an insurance agent in my life. Saved an unbelievable amount over a company that I was with previously for 22 years. I should have listened to her advice a year ago when we first touched bases.

  I am a 77 year old woman and Midoli listened to my needs and advised me the way to go and saved me hundreds of dollars. She really cares more about her clients than making a buck. Thank you, Midoli.

  I called and had a vast amount of questions about insurance on a vehicle that I wanted to get insured. I also had questions about a vehicle that I now have insured. I thought these questions would take time And the customer rep would Need time to research to answer these questions. But she Able to answer all questions on the spot. Thanks, Sophie for your great customer service!

  I received a letter that was ambiguous about whether or not my policy was current and correct. Sophie (phone agent) assured me that my car and home are still insured, which took a load off my mind. If you consider customer commitments in your decisions for advancement and/or salary increases, Sophie should definitely rise to the top of your list of candidates. She was quick, efficient, and reassuring. I wish every Customer Service interaction was as good as mine was with Sophie. Much thanks to her, and I am grateful to your company for hiring her. She has guaranteed customer loyalty.
