  We were rear-ended in our brand new car at a complete stop by an Allstate driver in January. We were assigned Miriam It has been an absolute horrendous experience, dealing with her on top of already being a victim of a crime. She has failed in every way possible to maintain the integrity of our Case. She actively unknowingly ignores our attempts to contact her. We have repeatedly asked about diminished value loss wages on our case and she gives us the runaround saying she’s going on vacation. I am absolutely traumatized by having to deal with this issue. This is the second car accident that was not my fault and I currently have PTSD from this and it is ongoing and continued. She refuses to contact us back or give us any answers as To the diminished value of our brand new vehicle they were absolutely hoping that we would not ask about this. Again this accident was in January as of me writing this message it is April 7. We are still waiting for her to do her part or answer our questions. She will not tell us when this evaluation started. She claims it started in the beginning, but was not willing to give us a date or a time or who is doing this evaluation for the diminished value . Again, I will point out. She lied and said it started at the beginning of the accident, but Diminished value was not mentioned until I asked about it. We lost thousands of dollars in wages as we own our own company. I also work for the state and missed out on work.

  I have been in search for auto insurance that would favor my budget since I was paying a lot for very minimal. Midoli was so helpful and made sure to get me on a better plan and very understanding. Will highly recommend her anyday.

  My experience with Gina Wakefield was great! She took the time to explain the insurance products to me and I felt like she genuinely cared. She was very knowledgeable, professional and was easy to communicate with. She actually listened to my concerns. If you are looking for a agent that displays excellent customer service skills and listens to your concern, Gina is the person you should speak with.

  What was so refreshing about Gina, is that she made it very clear from the beginning that she wasn’t just trying to sell me something. She genuinely cared about making sure I understood my policy and felt educated in my decisions. That meant a lot to me, because no one had ever taken the time to explain things like that before. I know enough about insurance now to where I know that no one can take advantage of me and I’ll always know how to make sure I have the right coverage. She’s a keeper!
