  Just spoke with Aaron on the phone who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me tips on my current insurance policy, even though I had already signed on for 6 months with another insurance provider. I really appreciated that. I would fully trust that I am in good hands if I went back to Allstate, and of course was in good hands when I used them in the past (I believe my mom still is with them and loves them). Thank you guys for keeping that killer customer service alive!

  The agent handling my case was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me and was at ready to assist in any situation. I had to consult with him over and over again because I had a hitch with the renters policy and he helped smooth it out. I feel great to be here!

  My agent, Sam, was able to come up with an insurance plan that fit my needs and budget perfectly. He explained in easy-to-understand terms the provisions of the individual policies, making me feel secure in switching and staying with Allstate. I am very glad to highly recommend Kim Asay's Allstate Insurance group of knowledgeable and courteous people.

  I am not one to do reviews but in this situation I feel a strong urge to. I just had the BEST customer service from Aaron Lambert. I had decided to go to another insurance company for my homeowners policy due to increased rates. Aaron was so gracious and helpful in canceling my policy and made sure everything went seamlessly. I went with Progressive Insurance online and from the moment I initiated the policy, I ran into so many issues. I spent hours on the phone getting different answers from different representatives and in the end felt unseen, unheard and uneasy. I knew I had made a huge mistake choosing this insurance carrier. I contacted Aaron 6 days into my new Progressive policy and shared with him my concerns. I asked if I could be reinstated with Allstate. He listened intently to my concerns, offered solutions and got the ball rolling to reinstate my policy. When everything cleared he went the extra step to be on a conference call while I cancelled my Progressive policy. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me. Yes, this policy is pricier but it’s worth having someone in your corner who has your back. Cross my fingers I will never have a claim but if it occurs, I now know I am in good hands. Thank you so much Aaron. Before I close, a big shoutout to Autumn Cassidy who also worked hard to lower my premium rates and provide assistance. Thank you Autumn for the excellent service.

  The Kim Asay Allstate agency is superb! I highly recommend them for their knowledge about insurance, and their quick responses. I specifically work with Sam and he is always friendly, no matter how often I bug him. Thank you all for the great customer service!
