  Highly satisfied I was so stressed out today with a few companies that reached out to me. They tried to get me to purchase commercial insurance when I needed personal insurance. I gave up finally for the day, then received a call this evening from Midoli she was AMAZING!!! So sweet, fast and efficient. I was at peace and so glad someone was able to help me!

  My experience with Gina Wakefield was great! She took the time to explain the insurance products to me and I felt like she genuinely cared. She was very knowledgeable, professional and was easy to communicate with. She actually listened to my concerns. If you are looking for a agent that displays excellent customer service skills and listens to your concern, Gina is the person you should speak with.

  What was so refreshing about Gina, is that she made it very clear from the beginning that she wasn’t just trying to sell me something. She genuinely cared about making sure I understood my policy and felt educated in my decisions. That meant a lot to me, because no one had ever taken the time to explain things like that before. I know enough about insurance now to where I know that no one can take advantage of me and I’ll always know how to make sure I have the right coverage. She’s a keeper!

  Midoli Cram is the best insurance agent. She is extremely personable and makes the entire process easy. She always puts the clients best interest first and genuinely cares. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain your insurance in a way you can understand, and is always quick to respond if you have any questions. If someone ever needs insurance I always recommend Midoli.
