  I experienced a confusing situation where Farmers cancelled a policy I had in place for almost 25 years. Traci worked diligently to get Farmers to reinstate the policy. This was not a simple process and she doggedly pursued reinstatement and consistently elevated the situation until it was reinstated. On top of that, she was very kind and easy to work with. I greatly appreciated her attitude and work.
