    The girl name Laura was really friendly and helpful. Even on the phone you can already knew she was very nice. They all acknowledged us as soon as we entered. Even the two brothers as the boss of the company greeted us by coming to the room where we were in sitting with Laura just to say hi. Laura really explained everything so well.

    Huge shout-out to Traci Yeley at Farmers Insurance, and to the Carter group. This is the BEST Farmers Insurance team we've interacted with. Traci assisted us as we navigated back and forth between Oregon and Washington and was incredibly patient ... just the type of person I want to interact with! We would've remained with Traci and the Carter group, but we relocated to the southeast. In reflecting back and needing new coverage locally, we can say that Traci's assistance was truly fantastic! Thanks, Traci!

He worked with me over two days to lock in the best possible rates no matter how many changes and curve balls it threw at him. Greatly appreciated some actual customer service.
