  Unfortunately, I was in a car accident yesterday. Thankfully, no one was injured, but I needed immediate guidance. Ron went above and beyond by assisting me via phone and text well after business hours to ensure I knew exactly what to do. This morning, I spoke with Alisabeth, the claims adjuster, who was equally kind and efficient. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an insurance team that truly cares.

  I have the pay by the mile policy because I don't put many miles on any of my three vehicles. Consequently, often one of more vehicle will sit in the garage for over a week or maybe even longer. Invariably, I'll get a notice that my device is not working and requesting that I reset it. This procedure gets old. I'm sure the device is working because lately I've just ignored the request and everything seems alright.

  Our agent, Ron, was knowledgeable and attentive. He spent extra time to inquire about our specific needs to tailor the policy that best fit our family. Ron was professional and responsive. He would always provide a timeframe of when we can expect to receive a reply from him. Paperwork was processed timely. We rarely receive this level of service anymore.
