I contacted State Farm expecting another outrageous quote, but was pleasantly surprised when they were lower than many other insurance companies. Shana was great to work with. I have never had an insurance agent and i can tell you it is a relief to know you are calling "your" agent and not just some kid in a call center. I had steered clear of State Farm for years because I figured their rates were ridiculous, turns out I should have checked with them years ago and saved some coin.
