Spent 2 days trying to get an appt but office clerks kept sending me to different websites to fill out life history. First one I talked to never sent the link she said I had to fill out, second on sent a link to wrong web site then wanted me to fill all this out again on another website with a legal contract at the end. I'm not buying a house, I just wanted to discuss optiions with Naomi. Never got an appointment. Note, my family has been doing business with her for years and this is the first time I have heard of such nonsense as I went through the last couple of day.

They have helped my family navigate the intricacies of selecting both individual health plans as well as Medicare plans. They were patient with our many questions. We were able to make well informed decisions that were appropriate for us.

Not only that, she is all about listening and understanding the multiple personal details that go into these decisions. I have referred many, many friends, family, colleagues and others to Naomi. Every single one has called to thank me. Navigating healthcare insurance is a daunting task. Note I’ve used some version of the word navigate 3 times! So grateful to have the best, absolute best, Coach -Navigator and human being for guidance.
