From the very first call Lindsey was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining my options. The process was smooth and efficient. They even followed up to make sure I understood and felt comfortable moving forward.
- KDK DoughertyOct 2, 20251.0I was recommended to this office by my former Statefarm agent/office when I moved states. The assigned agent, Lindsey, provided me a quote. I agreed to quote but then when I went to pay my monthly payment it was $30 higher per month than the agreed upon amount. I contacted her about it and she said she would look into it and that the charge must have been a mistake. When I hadn’t heard back in over 2 weeks, I called the office. She said “whoops it was a typo in the original quote and the premium they charged me would be the monthly amount”. She then took quite some time to provide me new quotes. They refused to refund the difference. Given their lack of professionalism and poor response times I wouldn’t recommend this office. Needless to say, I switched to a different agency with far better customer service and better rates.
