Although I've been in Seattle and her office is in Everett, she's/they've always been a phone call away. I've had renter's, car and home insurance with her. I recommend her to EVERYONE!!! My mother had a very unfortunate incident (roof blown off her home) due to weather 10 ish years ago. My mother called the 800 number. After two/three days... I called Melody. She hopped on the emergency situation immediately! My mother and her baby doggies were in a hotel THAT evening. Assessors were scheduled the next day.. maybe two. Melody personally watched over the case to it's fruition. I'm a real person... not paid for my voice.
