  My Allstate Agent, Chuck, is always friendly, kind and patience in answering all our questions and inquiries in regards to a recent auto incident and with auto policy renewal.   Ashley and Chuck are THE people to have in your corner! I get it, I get it: Insurance isn't a glamorous purchase. It's required by law--a mandatory purchase. Not the fun kind. And when you need it, it's a headache...usually more of a migraine. Transparently, I've definitely come across some unsavory people in the insurance business. It's not fun to deal with insurance when your world has been derailed. There's been times when I've felt taken advantage of by insurance folks. But you won't find that at Legacy West Insurance. They are GOOD people with GOOD intentions. Chuck is personable and always friendly to my entire family. Ashley is a sweetheart! She explains things to me in layman's terms, is funny and personable, and so knowledgeable...this is a great Allstate branch. To echo their company's motto, with Ashley and Chuck, I DO feel like I'm in good hands.
