- JLjennifer LaddusawApr 1, 20265.0so my new car fell off the jack as a friend was replacing my brake pads. I took it to the shop to replace the bumper and have it inspected. They asked if it was an insurance claim, which I hadn't even considered. I called Customer service and was told yes, I could file a claim AND due to my safe driving I would save money on my deductible. They ALSO covered a rental car for me to use to get to work while my car was in the shop for a little over a week. It was the easiest, smoothest experience I've ever had. Little to no paperwork, and car is like new again!!! Thank you Allstate and Matthew Ulrich!
