Although I've been with them a long while (I think-feels like it), life changes and you never know what's going to get thrown your way. Like moving into an apartment that requires your coverage every year or more recently- someone hit and ran my vehicle. Ericka was very compassionate but she told me how to exactly go about my situation to make sure my claim got filed the way it needed to. I also love the text feature, because working in healthcare, I'm away from my phone more often than not. I love that they're able to shoot me a message especially when I needed the information to open a claim. It made it easy for me to resort too when I got home that night. Lastly, although it's been a while since my mom has had to call in, I giggled when I got asked if it was mom or me calling and we laughed because I really do sound just like her. This stands out because they make a point to connect and remember everyone they handle. Meaning you're not just another case that brings in money, but you're a person that they genuinely connect with and will have your best interest in mind. Thank you very much everyone at Boldman's office. I truly appreciate you all.
