My rates had gotten way too high with my previous insurer and David did a great job getting me new home and auto that was significantly (and I mean significantly) cheaper for better coverage. He was really thorough, friendly, and easy to work with. I also got to chat with Nancy and dang, I hope one day to know as much about any topic as Nancy knows about insurance! She added some final touches to my policy and talked me through all of my options for additional savings. It's a great little office in downtown Bothell, feels nice to talk to real people. I also really like knowing I could just show up there if I ever had an issue and work it out with them. Glad I switched, highly recommend!
