- RRRAug 27, 20251.0Since the management of this office changed, I am very disappointed that this office never answered their phone. As a customer it’s frustrating that I will call multiple times and even email and often never hear back. I have, in the past, sent over 4 follow up emails requesting help/assistance or even an answer to a call and gotten nowhere until I had to write an Attention email, just to get movement. We should be able to depend upon our insurance company to be responsive, especially if we have needs. Currently I have an urgent concern with my policy that needs action and I’m worried I’m headed for a repeat situation of no response whatsoever. It’s like long-time customers are invisible, which is not right.

I had the best agent up until she came in and started running it. Imagine calling to just get hung up on and your calls never to be answered or returned. I’m so happy I was able to switch insurance agents.
