  This branch has always been amazing! Corporate Allstate however; Trusted Allstate and purchased a plan for our home and vehicles. Denied coverage for over $65000 worth of damage to our home. Extremely frustrating and upsetting right before winter. No discussions no considerations or appeals just straight denial within 4 days of reporting. This was also 10 months after reporting previous concerns where an adjuster was not even sent out. Feeling literally left out in the cold with 5 children and hoping we can find another company to holds up their end of the "homeowners insurance" policy.

  lack of communication , I don’t feel they a hands on company that wants the best for their customers. I went with another company that had my best intentions in mind
