  I had Home insurance with them for 16 years and my car insurance for several years. I switched to another agency because Allstate wouldn't insured my rebuild vehicle (which is understandable), but I still needed to insure it. I still left my home insurance with them for a few years and this month I finally decided to just have one insurance for all since I get discounts and my Home insurance with Allstate was outdated anyways. I never had issues with Gloria, she was very nice and friendly. Today I had the worst experience with Mark. I got a letter in the mail stating my premiums went up effective the date it was supposed to be cancelled, so I called the office and Mark answered, i begin to say that I have a policy with them and cut me off and said "you don't have anything because you cancelled " his tone was rude and unprofessional. I told him he didn't need to be so rude and I had some questions. He said I don't have time and as soon as I begin to respond he gung up on me. I attempted to call him several times and never responded. Needless to say I left him voicemails yesterday and he never called me back. I guess is all good as long as they can take your money and after that they loose their professionalism and manners.

  Mark and Gloria have always willing to help answer any and all of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with them and have even given them business referrals and would recommend them to anyone for any and all insurance purposes! I love having someone local and close to home rather then calling some 1800 number and just being another number to a company. Great Value for $ and great service! Couldn't ask for more!
