I’ve been with this company for over 10 years, and for most of that time things were fine. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years the service has gone downhill, especially when it comes to communication. Our main contact, Brian Board, became increasingly unresponsive. It would take multiple messages and repeated follow-ups just to get a basic answer, and even then the turnaround time was extremely slow.
When you’re dealing with insurance, responsiveness matters. After giving it more than enough chances, we finally switched to GEICO, where the communication and support has been noticeably better.
Disappointed to leave after such a long relationship, but we needed service we could rely on.

Brian is awesome! We had a claim and he was there to help us through it. We had an idea what we should do, but he recommended a better route that went without a single issue. It is the advisory service we didn’t get from State Farm and why we switched.

I was really happy with Allstate but decided to go with other company because got a way better pricing, and Brian became so negative and rude I couldn’t believe my ears.
That’s having a fact that I actually sent him an email in advance asking about renewal price so I can compare my options. He didn’t bother to answer and then blamed me I didn’t talk to him first.
And now, a week later I actually found out my policy wasn’t cancelled at all and automatic payments are still scheduled, what kind of scam is that? Had to call the central office to have them cancel the policy.
Stay away from this shady agency, such a behavior is really unprofessional
