- BSBilly ShengNov 15, 20253.0I’ve been with this company for over 10 years, and for most of that time things were fine. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years the service has gone downhill, especially when it comes to communication. Our main contact, Brian Board, became increasingly unresponsive. It would take multiple messages and repeated follow-ups just to get a basic answer, and even then the turnaround time was extremely slow. When you’re dealing with insurance, responsiveness matters. After giving it more than enough chances, we finally switched to GEICO, where the communication and support has been noticeably better. Disappointed to leave after such a long relationship, but we needed service we could rely on.

They have always responded to my calls, have been there for me when I needed help, and have answered my questions to the fullest when I had one. In short I think they have been the best agency I have had the pleasure to do business with.
