  I had great experiences with this office. They are responsive, answer the phone and are proactive in helping answer any questions.

  Contacted on multiple occasions. Never got a response back. Even through email. If you get the chance spare yourself the headache of them not replying back to you unless it benefits them. go with a different insurer

  Last Dec. I was in a fender bender and while the 800 number of Allstate was very responsive, my two or three calls to Jeremy Olson's office went unanswered. I don't recommend this office as there is NO customer service or follow-through from them. The previous owner would have called me first and then offered any assistance I needed. I am actively looking at alternate agents.
