These folks are easy to work with. Allstate offers something we have not found with other insurance companies. The ability to suspend vehicle insurance when the car is parked for months at a time while we travel. This saves us a lot of money...

I had a scheduled appointment for a policy review. The first appointment was a no-show by the employee and no response to text or call that day. The second appointment, I got a call about 4-5 minutes late to let me know their system was down and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Rescheduled for the following day. About 4 or 5 minutes past the scheduled time I realized the appointment had never been updated on the calendar so I called. When I was connected to the staff member, he said he was caught off guard and would pull up my info and my review was finally completed. Overall, not a great experience.

I think all insurance is over priced, yet I understand the expense of its coverage requires the increased premiums. I had left a review saying that I had not been notified of the bi-annual renewal increase. I received a phone call that explained everything is paperless. I take responsibility for not reading ALL my emails (they are overwhelmingly exhausting). Meagan and I made an appointment and reviewed my coverage . All is good now, and I understand what I need to do. Thank you Allstate for helping me out!
