  This lady reversed into the front of my pickup and had a decent amount of damage. I was so stressed out. But Kris Luce and Friends had my back. It got estimated and looked at and fixed rather quickly. Just like it rolled out of the factory. They where able to provide me a rental why in the shop. They even where able to sublegate my money back from the other parties ins co pretty quick too. Been with the luce family for years and ill be a customer for several more. The luce family brings full value to the moto " Your in good hands". Thankyou guys.

  The Luce Agency is so very helpful, kind, and considerate. They actually answer the phone and talk with you. They give you the help you are looking for. They are quick and efficient, and treat your needs correctly, and so that you understand what they are doing for you. All of this is opposite of the last Allstate agency I worked with. I’m so grateful that I switched to the Luce Agency. Thanks to all that have helped me with my insurance needs.

  Frances to the rescue! My husband and I were calling all around Vermont trying to find the right insurance agency for insuring our new home and kept getting the answer ‘no, we can’t help you,’ because there’s a pool with no fence and an underground oil tank on the property. We were in panic mode since we are closing soon and moving across states. Would we have to start all over?! Our realtor made some calls and referred us to Frances Luce, with All State. Frances took my call late in the day, answered all of our questions, got a quote so fast, and delivered all the paperwork to our lender by the following day. Plus, the quote bundle for cars and home was so affordable we ended up switching our car insurance from Progressive. It’s nice to know that, at some places, incredible customer service is alive and well. Thank you, Frances!

  What a wonderful team at allstate. As soon as I made that first call I've felt like family. Any time I go to the office I'm welcomed and greeted right away. I really couldn't ask for a better insurance company to have. Ask for Kris luce or any of the other agents. They are friendly and fast. They will get you a quote and set up and on your way.
