- MKMary KomondyMar 10, 20201.0Unprofessional - the likes of which I've never seen. Very rude, terrible customer service from Nicole Citro herself. As a paying customer I don't need to be yelled at by someone who is supposed to be an adult, for things that have nothing to do with why I'm calling. Aside from being hung up on by someone who must be having just the worst day ever, this agency has been incredibly difficult to make and understand policy changes with. Usually I'm more confused after speaking with them, and I've been with enough insurance agencies to know that shouldnt be the case.
