  The Luce Agency is so very helpful, kind, and considerate. They actually answer the phone and talk with you. They give you the help you are looking for. They are quick and efficient, and treat your needs correctly, and so that you understand what they are doing for you. All of this is opposite of the last Allstate agency I worked with. I’m so grateful that I switched to the Luce Agency. Thanks to all that have helped me with my insurance needs.

  We've had Allstate for many year's and when Kris assumed the agency for our locality and previous agent, we've continued to experience excellent customer service and support. I use email as a preferred communication w/ Kris's agency as it avoids missed phone calls/voice messages as well as delays and it helps me to document (=not forget) my inquiries accurately. Kris and team have been so supportive in being prompt to reply, wherever possible. Be it Drivewise, policy coverage and rates or a policy charge I'm not sure about, Kris and staff always keep us "in good hands" for communication and clarification. Even the best insurance company (and coverage) is only as good as the agency that stands behind it for its client, and in that regard, my wife and | are -very happy- using this specific agency. 5 stars all around and if you are considering changing your agency and insurance, this is definitely the one to consider contacting!

  My partner and I were looking for a new Home and car insurance company so we got in touch with Allstate. Carrie Jenkins was so incredibly helpful and understanding with all of my questions, making sure to meet all of my needs. We were also able to save some money which was a plus!

  Every time I have ever had to call with a question or claim, Kris and the team at Allstate have made the process simple and easy to understand. They are efficient and friendly. I would recommend this Allstate team to anybody looking for insurance!
