- NBNicholas BurkheadJul 15, 20161.0Insurance Agent's office is happy to sell products and take payments. But when I got into an accident, they weren't there for me. Wouldn't help me keep in contact the claims department. And the claims department seemed to stop wanting to return calls as soon as they found out the other driver was uninsured. Most recently Daniel Sanguino in their office advised me that rather than try to follow up through their office, I should file a state insurance regulator's complaint. A simple phone call could have made so much difference, but I guess my policy premiums aren't enough of an incentive.
