  I spoke with Patrick Schiavone from Allstate Insurance (Chelsea Morell’s agency), and he was absolutely outstanding. Patrick was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every single question we had. He explained everything clearly and made sure we fully understood our options — no rushing, no pressure. His professionalism and friendly approach really stood out, and because of that, we saved his contact information and plan to reach out to him again in the future.   Very disappointed in the service provided. Lack of follow up and poor customer service provided to a customer who’s been part of Allstate family for over 10 years. My account was submitted to collections with no call, email, or mailed notification regards to any of this. I decided to take the business somewhere else, joined Progressive family and will recommend my family and friends to do the same moving forward….. I liked this agency before it was sold.

  Been with company for well over 12 years. So far so good. Each individual rep that I have been assigned to me has been personable. I believe this is the 3rd Rep. The first six months with her have been good interactions.
