  I am always impressed with the customer service provided by Marcy and the Winchester office staff. My interactions with Heather Piedra have clearly illustrated her knowledge, abilities, professionalism, and customer service skills. She obviously strives to achieve the high standard Marcy sets for her agents and office staff. Great team work by all!

  Absolutely love the Winchester branch office! Marcy provides top notch customer service personally for her clients and sets a high standard for her agents and office staff to do the same. I primarily deal with Heather Piedra and she has consistently been friendly, professional and knowledgeable in assisting me with my needs. Keep up the great customer service!

  Working with this Allstate has been absolutely amazing!!! Anytime I have a question Sarah helps me immediately, her ability to know the issue at hand and how to solve it truly is remarkable. As a bonus every year on my birthday I get a call from Avery and it makes my day!!!

She has helped us with our home, auto and boat insurance! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants the best coverage for their families. We’re so thankful to have her in our corner!

  I have been with Allstate for 26 years now. Marcy has been my agent for 15 years. Marcy and her team are always excellent to deal with. Over the years she has gone above and beyond to help me maximize any savings benefit possible, she's been there to answer any questions! Marcy may be my insurance agent but after answering any inquiries I may have had she always takes time to ask how things are going and always asks how my kids are doing as they have grown and branched off on there own policies with her. My son was also in a terrible accident a couple of years ago and she reached out to me immediately with prayers, and concerns, and letting me know that she would help me with any questions I had with claims... Etc. We all have car insurance.... But there's comfort in knowing I can call or stop in and speak directly to her or one of the girls out front. It's nice to know that they know my face along with my name. There could be slightly cheaper rates somewhere else but to me you cant put a price on someone who genuinely cares about you! Thank you to Marcy, and staff ( Sarah, and Hannah) for all that you do!
