  Chris Mood was my State Farm representative today. Not only did I save some money today, I also have a little more peace of mind for my unborn child's future. Chris was highly knowledgeable in regards to his line of work and he was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Chris and thank you State Farm for hiring such a wonderful person to make my life easier, especially being a new single mother, finances are hard to come by. It was also nice talking to a real person and having a real connection instead of getting frustrated with automated phone prompts or struggling aimlessly online. This new policy was a walk in the park to set up with Chris and it really took a lot of stress off my plate. Not only am I satisfied with the outcome , I know my child has a safety net for the future and that alone means the world to me.

  Christopher Mood is the best! I recommend him to everyone! Very understanding and handles all your needs right at the time you need it. He has made me love State Farm. I’ve come from a competing company that murdered my pockets and didn’t offer half the help State Farm offers. I’m very appreciative and foresee myself staying here

  I really admire how you Heather keep calm under pressure it makes everyone around you feel more comfortable and confident. It shows you truly notice and value them. She also has such a genuine way of making people feel included; it's a really rare and special gift. I'm constantly impressed by Heather creative problem-solving; she always look at things from a fresh perspective.   We reached out to Sparkman after receiving an other huge bill for our homeowners policy. For the past few years we assumed that the high cost was just " the way it is". After a through review by Kelly we were shocked at the savings State Farms offered for comparable coverage..not even close. We can only assume that we were being taken advantage of by our prior carrier. We switched both our homeowners and auto coverage and couldn't be happier.
