  I highly recommend Kassie and Kathy and their whole team at Allstate because they care about their customers and are extremely professional and responsive! They are quick to answer questions and offer feedback, and they are 100% family oriented. We go out of our way to support small businesses who work hard and are ethical.

  I am writing this review to thank Ms. Bailey for personally assisting me in filing a claim for damage to my parked vehicle as a result of the recent severe storms that plagued our area. Initially I attempted to resolve this problem through the Allstate 1-800 service number. The person who attempted to get help asked questions about damage to my vehicle I could not answer. A tree limb struck the windshield breaking the glass and also damaged the right windshield mechanism. There was possibly additional damage under the hood where it meets the windshield that I could not properly make an assessment. It was extremely confusing and difficult to get anywhere at the 1-800 service center that I finally hung up after telling them I would be going to my local agent for assistance. The next day I arrived at the agent's office and Ms. Bailey took immediate action to get my claim moving in the right direction. My car went into the shop a couple of hours later. An assessment was made and approved and repairs were on the way. I give a big thanks and 5 stars to Ms. Bailey and my local agent for their personalized help and support. Unfortunately the parts seem to be ordered from Japan and I have been waiting for about 5 days for the parts to arrive and be installed. Perhaps if I had purchased an American made vehicle the parts wait would have been shorter.
