I fell on hard times , my payment was past the due date last month but still paid with in that month, called to pay with the same situation this month and my policy is canceled. COVID relief for all these people and after all these years I get canceled and my payment isn’t even a month behind it was due on the 9th. You think after 15 years there would be some type of understanding. But nope. I am disappointed and disgusted at Allstate and this location. And before today you couldn’t pay me to say anything bad about this place!!
