  Have been with Allstate since 1964. Never any contact from Allstate. Filed first claim 2 years ago under $1500 when a work truck not our fault pulled siding off my home. No reimbursement from Allstate. You were no help. My insurance immediately went up because of this one small claim in 50 plus years. I always pay my premium in full on time yet you make paying difficult for elderly without having technology. No envelope or address to mail you a check. Not easy getting through to someone to finally take credit card info to make payment. No one ever contact me to review my premium. My daughter called on my behalf since I am deaf to review my policy. The office assistant was nice. Allstate does not care about older customers who have been with them for many years. I am at home on hospice care.

  Been dealing with Austin for over 10 years. Always helps me in any way possible in a very quick manner. He even answers the phone most times you call his office. There is no wait time.
