- DRD REAug 27, 20241.0If I could give them a zero I would. They don't deserve a single star. This agency is dishonest. They insured an address that didn't exist. Not only did they not do their due diligence to make sure they had the right address, they claimed I had 40% of my floors hardwood (I had none). They put in the policy I have gas heat, but I have electric. they even had the year my house was built incorrect. When I alerted them of the issue, the office manager, Shelby Vanak tried to turn it on me and claim it was my fault. I asked to speak with the owner and she said I could not and that she was the office manager. Shelby Vanak is a fraud and her agency is dishonest.
