- RLRaymond LoweAug 11, 20251.0When I started using this agency they were professional and timely. I gues this was just to ensure that they got my business since I had a rather large policy. Instead of them trying to keep my business the continued to allow my premium to skyrocket. They made no effort to discuss policy or ways to save me money on my policy. It steadily increased up to approx $900 a month. I reached out to another insurance company and they gave me the same exact coverage for approx $500 a month. Then on top of this I cancelled my policy with the owner Mr. Knight....he told me I was good with nothing to pay and a couple of months later I received a letter from collections for like $560. I reached out to the agency again and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. Needless to say they never got back to me and stuck me with the bill. This agency is a prime example of why I have never cared much for insurance salesman. There are some that care for their clients and then their are others that only care about the money that the receive. If you want to overpay and don't want an agent that will be looking for what is best for you than this is the place to take your business. If you are looking for an agent that will look out for your best interest and not their own find a different agency even if it is a couple dollars more. I personally with never use this agency or Allstate ever again. Raymond Lowe
