  Experienced issue where my previous Milewise policy didn’t attach the credit and I was sent to collections in error. I reached out to Allstate and spoke with Sondra C., she was very pleasant and had excellent customer service! She listened to my issue, sent a claim over for review and ensured me that she would provide me with a follow up call within a week or so and she did! The issue hasn’t been resolved as of yet however, I can honestly say that with Sondra giving her word and following through, even if it’s just to say “I haven’t forgotten you and we’re still working on it “ means a lot, allows me to smile and shows Allstate values me as a customer.   I have always loved Allstate and never had any issues with customer service or claims. A few years ago, however, I was forced to change insurance companies for my home, automobiles, and boat due to a significant increase in premiums. Over the years, I periodically reached out to Tori to compare rates. With her most recent assistance, I am happy to say I’ve been able to return to Allstate. Tori, thank you so much for your professionalism and your kind, courteous demeanor. You truly are amazing!

  I went to the office this morning to review my policies (auto and home). Sondra Campbell patiently sat with me for approximately 1 1/2 hours discussing my needs. She explained my options and I happily renewed my auto policy at a reduced premium. Since my home policy is not up for renewal until August, I will meet back with Sondra again soon. Bottom line, I am very pleased with Ms. Sandra Campbell and this agency for my continued auto and home policy needs.

  I had a really good experience. I got a quote for my automobile, my motorcycle insurance and I was surprised yet for both of those I was able to save money a considerable amount. It was an easy process. Barbara Sanders made it very easy to understand and the follow-up has been tremendous much more than what I got from the big name insurance company. Great job by the local halls. Thank you again Barbara. I appreciate your hard work.
