I reached out to Allstate and spoke with Sondra C., she was very pleasant and had excellent customer service! She listened to my issue, sent a claim over for review and ensured me that she would provide me with a follow up call within a week or so and she did! The issue hasn’t been resolved as of yet however, I can honestly say that with Sondra giving her word and following through, even if it’s just to say “I haven’t forgotten you and we’re still working on it “ means a lot, allows me to smile and shows Allstate values me as a customer.
