My problems were solved, thanks to his professional guidance and a loyal customer was created. Ten yrs later he advocated on my behalf and got added fees refunded on my policy. It's not possible to do a better job as an insurance agent/ agency. And Trudy is always a pleasure to speak with. Great folks.
