The claims process has been drawn out for over a month(with no end in sight) and have still yet to hear from Villatoro himself (also never heard from him in all the time he was my agent). I paid all my dues and was never in an at-fault accident. Do not give State Farm money, and especially do not use this office as they are non-responsive. The only silver lining was when I asked for policy information to move on to another company they emailed it without reservation (though given how long I had been a customer, you think they’d call to ask why I was leaving…)
