  My experience with Maria Lemerise was fantastic today. She answered the phone very professional, she knew exactly what to do and what questions to ask. Her attention to detail in my storytelling led her to go above and beyond. Mind you, I also called 30 minutes before closing. She didn’t rush nor did she have an attitude. She was all smiles, made the conversation relatable, and she also helped me remain calm due to over stressing. This was a wonderful experience! Thank you so much ma’am!

  When I called Direct Ins today, I was very frustrated. If I'm honest, I wasn't even pleasant and was fearful that I may never get the right coverage. However, Damien Mann was excellent. He was calm, patient, and he listened to what we needed and delivered! Anyone struggling with an insurance delima should definitely give this young man a call.
