  Two years later and I'll add to this... Can't imagine having a different insurance agent. It's rare to find someone who you truly believe is always looking out for you. There's good, and then there's Andy-good. You couldn't possibly do any better. ====== Really, 5 stars. Andy is super responsive and always explains different options for my auto and life policies to find the best fit. With 3 kids who have recently gone from teens to young adults, I can count on Andy to make solid recommendations. And Andy always remembers who you are when you call! I recently left Loudoun for Winchester, but I sure won't switch agents!

  I have Mr. Andy Macleod with State Farm as our Insurance Agent. Andy is very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, honest and patient in answering all questions. As usual, I greatly appreciate Andy's time and help related to our Auto Insurance Policy and Home Owner’s Insurance Policy. Andy advises me as to how we can reduce Insurance Premium not only about Auto Insurance but also about Home Owner's Insurance. Recently my daughter got her Driver’s License after she turned 18. I am incredibly surprised from Andy that how little it costs to add my daughter as she got the Good Student Discount and Steer Clear Discount. She has joined College now. Andy hooked me up with the “Best Rate“ I can possibly imagine. State Farm is GREAT with YOUNG DRIVERS ! I am very happy that Andy is our State Farm Insurance Coordinator. Andy’s Assistant Jessica Hall is also very helpful. A couple of months ago, one of my friends in North Carolina was looking for an Auto Policy Quote as he was paying more Premium with another Insurance Career. I contacted Andy and Jessica answered the phone. Jessica is knowledgeable as well and promptly conveys the information to Andy and he returns my call. Jessica gave valuable information to my friend and now my friend and family are with State Farm Auto Policy. My friend is very happy that State Farm’s Auto Policy is at least $150 LESS/MONTH compared to their previous Insurance Career. I wish Andy and Jessica all the best and to continue giving their valuable advice and suggestions to all Customers.
