  I had the opportunity to speak with your employee, Katelyn, about changing my insurance policy. She was very thorough and very courteous. She definitely knows her insurance stuff and for that I am grateful. She saved me money and that makes Direct my go to for insurance. Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend you give Katelyn a call at the Towne Point Road location in Portsmouth, VA. You won't be disappointed, you'll be glad you did. Who doesn't love saving money?
