  When I first called I could tell by the energy of her voice she would be a great person to handle my questions, so I asked to get her direct number to give her a call back, I'm so glad I did. She answered question that needed to be addressed and gave good advice towards my decision...I truly thank Miss Kristal Rhoten for getting me back on track with a great price for my insurance. I definitely will recommend her to others due to her pleasant customer service and awesome personality!!!

  Kristal really made things easy and simple. 20 minutes later i had my policy and was good to go the same day! very good experience all around.

  This is the worst Insurance I have ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. You have people trying to explain situations lying at the same time and I sure did address them that they were a liar. If something happens in October 2025 why would you wait till January 2026 to address them And up there insurance policy by three times double the price without any notification. Surprise with a bank statement of over $1,360.. This is ridiculous and this is without homeowners.
