  When I first called the line, I received someone and the call eventually got dropped. I called back and that’s when I got Walter E. I did request to be transferred to the first agent I spoke with but I’m so happy I didn’t! Walter was amazing during our call. He was so patient and very helpful! I had a very stressful day and Walter made my day better. Walter is very professional and made me feel comfortable. He was very detailed and explained everything to me. I really appreciate his great customer service skills and amazing personality! I will recommend him to everyone I know.

  They had been charging me for the sr-22 even though I was actually done with that a year prior, so make sure to check with the DMV for your end date because they will not tell you. I told them I didn't want to renew my policy and they went through it anyways and told me my only option was to report it as fraud with my bank. Reporting them on the bbb as well.
