  Have been a customer for years and never called.Tried to speak to my actual agent about an issue I was having and left numerous messages with no call from him. His staff called back and "said" they would leave him a message and here we are about a year later and I'm still waiting to talk to him. There really should be a 0 stars option. 0 stars. Do not recommend.

  Experience is OK but cost for my needs is TOO high/one car, one driver, good record, low mileage, 30 year customer.

  I hardly ever leave reviews. This time, I feel that it's necessary. After a few increases in my auto premiums I started shopping for new insurance. No accidents, no tickets, 1 car, 1 driver. Almost $120? WITH a bundled discount. Sent an email to William Wentz on 1/30/2024 and asked to have my policy canceled as I had found an equally reputable company at a much more reasonable rate. I received no response, I assumed that if they needed more information they would reach out. They didn't. 2/1 I reached out yet again...was told to email Melissa, so I did on 2/1. She assured me around 445 on 2/1 that my policy would be canceled and I wouldn't be charged. Now, let's fast forward... 2/7 - I check my bank account and what did I see? A charge.for my homeowners insurance. I reached out today 2/7 to customer service. They informed me that both polices are still active.🤬

  Dear Mr Wentz I got auto and homeowners insurance from ya'll on oct.5 from Kristen Lawrence might I say I'm glad I did. she was so informed about what had to be done.She was so pleasant to talk to and she answered all my numerous questions. As long as Kristen is my agent you will always have my business. I will say if you hire more people like Kristen you'll get more business I'll guarantee it.Thank you Mr.Wentz for letting me express my feelings---Bruce Wood
