  Kimberly Polanco and Ruth Alvarez, excellent agents, both are very polite and professional. They explain to customers the details that everyone needs to know regarding the insurance that one needs to obtain. As a client to this location I can say Direct Auto has an Excellent teamwork here in Norfolk.
